ISI Team 2009 - Newark Competition

Skaters of Goggin Ice Center are eligible to compete as a team at ISI (Ice Skating Institute) Figure Skating Events. The Goggin Freestyle team typically competes in 3-4 local competitions per year. Skaters register to compete in many individual and team events at each competition. While a skater earns individual awards, they also earn team points and compete against other clubs for overall trophies. This year, the team is planning to compete at some of the following competitions:

• ISI District 7 Championships (Newark, OH) - Oct 10, 2009 - Results
• Findlay Invitational (Findlay, OH) - Jan 8-9, 2010 - Now Available!!
  • Applications due to Lindsay by Monday, November 23rd.
• ISI Miami Open (Oxford, OH) - Feb 12-14, 2010 - Now Available!!
• Chiller Competition (Columbus, OH) - Mar 12-14, 2010
• Mississippi Valley District Team Competition (Knoxville, TN) - Apr 9-11, 2010

Competition applications are sent to the Director of Ice Skating and information is provided to skaters through email. If you're interested in being a part of Team Goggin, please submit the Team Goggin Inquiry form. Once we receive your information, you will be added to our Team Goggin listserv and will receive all information regarding upcoming competitions.
